Day 23 – This Day Counting Is Easy But I’m Sure That’ll Change Once February Gets Here
What a nice day off I had! Even though it was a million degrees below zero! It helps that the sun was shining. Making it feel like 0 rather than -100.
I went to the oncology office for a blood draw today. To determine if I am an old woman who should be dressing in nothing but purple.
I’ll let you know when the results are in. If I need to stock up on bright pink blush and shiny eye shadow. Plus some really red lipstick.
Then again, if the result show that I’m not postmenopausal, I’m going to do the same thing.
I waited forever in that dadblasted waiting room. My retired doctor’s nurse came out (she works with a different doctor now) and sat down next to another patient in the waiting room. She didn’t recognize me from Adam. I know they see a lot of patients but still, I saw her at least a dozen times. We see lots of kids at our hospital, most of them just once but when we do get kids back, we pretty much recognize them and make a big deal out of it.
That’s because we don’t suck.
After the blood draw I went home and started posting new jewelry. I’m on fire with the jewelry making! I need more hours in the day! I’m having so much fun and it’s really nice that you guys seem to appreciate it.
I have a new jewelry model:

What do you think of him/her? He/she needs a name. I’m thinking “Madge, The Magpie” What do you think?
Back to work tomorrow. shhhh! I bought a coffee cake to bring along.

She didn’t recognize you with all your hair!!!!!
I’m loving seeing the jewellery with every entry, Kath. Hope you keep it up.
